Frequently Asked Questions
How do I transition my dog to raw feeding?Transition gradually over 7-10 days. Start by replacing 25% of your dog’s current food with Benyfit Natural, increasing by 25% every 2-3 days. Some dogs can switch immediately, but gradual transition helps sensitive stomachs adjust. Monitor your dog’s stools and energy levels throughout.
How much should I feed my dog daily?Feed approximately 2-3% of your dog’s ideal body weight daily. Active dogs may need 3%, whilst less active dogs need 2%. For a 20kg dog, feed 400-600g daily, split into two meals. Adjust portions based on your dog’s activity level, age, and body condition.
Can I feed this to puppies? This recipe is formulated for adult dogs. For puppies, we recommend Benyfit Natural Puppy Turkey, which is specifically balanced for growing dogs. Puppies have different nutritional requirements and need higher protein and calcium levels for proper development.
