A note about Food-Safe (201) and Food-Grade (304) stainless bowls– Both types are made of stainless that isfood-safe and nontoxic.Almost all pet bowls on the market are made of 201 stainless.201 stainless steel has a higher manganese content, and is more susceptible to corrosion over time than 304 stainless, which is the grade deemed suitable for human use.
