Double wall construction with an inner tubeand an outer tube. When the outer tube is inserted over the inner tube, thecopper spring and neoprene seal create a vacuum to produce a positive watershut-off and maintain a constant drinking level in the drinking pan. Features astrong arched handle for carrying and a locking pin to hold the outer tube inplace. Seams are constructed and tested to prevent leaks. Sloped top to helpprevent roosting.
